About Me
Hello, I am Charlotte a certified birth and postpartum doula on the Central Coast NSW.
I am here to support and nurture women so they can feel confident, trust their bodies and babies, and have the power and knowledge to make informed choices for their pregnancy, birth, and transition into motherhood.
By building a strong rapport with expectant and new parents, I create a safe and non-judgmental space where they can express their fears, concerns, and desires. I believe in empowering women and providing personalised care to ensure a safe and nurturing journey into motherhood.
I support a variety of births and birth settings; homebirths, hospital births, HBAC, VBAC, twins, inductions, births with or without pain relief, and more.

My postpartum doula support is here to provide you with the care and nurturing you need during the postpartum period. I am available to provide you with emotional support, physical assistance, and overall guidance during this special time. I will help you navigate the challenges of the postpartum period and ensure that you have the resources you need to feel confident as a new parent.
